The Fast Clamping Bolt creates a force-fit connection between component parts, like for example stop squares and welding table and guarantees a bearing capacity of up to 12 tons.
It can be fixed and dissolved in a matter of seconds due to its smart and safe mechanism. It clamps
components of different material thickness.
The milling at the top of the bolt enables grip and the transparency of the function is responsible for
the easy handling. Besides, the bolt can be fixed with an Allen key. The bolt is produced with highest
precision out of hardened high-alloyed steel and guarantees high solidness and accuracy. The burnished
surface is corrosion resistant.
Der Schnellspannbolzen erzeugt eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Bauteilen z.B. Anschlagwinkel mit dem Schweißtisch und garantiert eine Tragkraft von bis zu 12 t.
Seine ausgeklügelte und zuverlässige Schnellspannmechanik erlaubt sekundenschnelles Fixieren und Lösen
und spannt dabei Bauteile verschiedenster Materialstärken.
Die Rändelung am Bolzenkopf sorgt für Griffigkeit. Die Funktionstransparenz trägt zur einfachen
Handhabung bei. Der Bolzen kann zudem mit einem Inbusschlüssel gespannt werden. Er wird mit hoher
Präzision aus gehärtetem hochlegiertem Stahl gefertigt und sorgt für hohe Festigkeit und Genauigkeit.
Die brünierte Oberfläche dient der Korrosionsbeständigkeit.
